oh but you asked for critique.. well in that case, why not make the plaid tone diagonal when he's at a side angle, like in the penultimate panel? It will give the figure more depth.

But... I kinda agree with the toning uncertainty. It either lacks volume or it just lacks toning. What I mean is, it looks monochromatic to a gray color. Make it darker or whatnot! XD The mono-ness of the page makes it look dull. The only different tones are the clothes and hair. The chair's lacking its detail too. :D I just throwing stuff at you, you don't need to heed them, Driz. XD
